Arcadia Capital is a mid-market private equity firm focused on acquiring growth companies in Australia and New Zealand. The firm was founded by two former colleagues from The Carlyle Group, one of world’s largest and most successful private equity firms. In founding Arcadia, Leigh and Sam identified an opportunity to apply the sophistication and discipline of global private equity to partnering with smaller businesses, a market which has historically been under-served by other private equity funds.

The Arcadia team has over 35 years of private equity investing experience. While based in Sydney, the team is always on the road meeting exceptional management teams and visiting companies across Australia and New Zealand.
